Peel Youth Village
Mississauga, Ontario
Peel Youth Village is a non-profit organization dedicated to sheltering homeless youths. The building comprises 48 studio apartments, and has won a number of architectural awards that stress the material benefits of wood, including strength, sustainability, beauty, and affordability. Sustainably harvested Nordic Engineered Wood products were chosen for their structural and aesthetic qualities.
